A bachelor’s degree in Project Management (施工 and 设施 Management emphasis) prepares you for a career in construction management or project management. The skills and knowledge acquired in this program will build upon your technical knowledge to make you a better manager. We will help you stay on-budget and on-time while effectively leading your team.

You need an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree from an institutionally accredited college in the building trades similar to those listed in the table above. This is a two-year degree in most cases.
The AAS must have been earned within the last ten years (or longer with faculty approval).
At least 32 credits from the AAS must be technical in nature and in the building trades.
The AAS must be at least 60 credits with at least 15 of those credits satisfying the university’s liberal education requirements. 学生 need to have completed courses in blueprint reading as well as bidding and estimating.
学生 who have not completed 15 liberal education credits, may take those credits through the college issuing their associate degree, 贝米吉州立大学, 或者任何明尼苏达州立大学.
